Policies

Apartment Policies:

  • Check-in Time: 4PM
  • Check-out Time: 11AM
  • Front Desk Hours: 24 hrs
  • Check-in requirements:
    • 50% of the total amount is required to make a reservation for any Safari Apartment
    • A security deposit of $400 is applicable for guests under 25 years old
    • At time of check-in guest must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals
    • Visa and MC are accepted
    • No third party credit cards accepted
    • Cardholder must be present at check-in and present photo ID.
    • Additional Person $30 per night
    • Children 12 and under are free
  • No refunds for early departure
  • Rates are for advance reservations only
  • Walk-in rates may vary considerably.
  • One third deposit required to hold reservation.
  • Balance due upon arrival.

FULL Cancellation Policy:

  • If any reservation is canceled 14 days before check in date, modified, or in case of no show, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
  • Reservation changes and cancellations must be made 10 days prior to date of arrival or deposit will not be refunded.

Pet Policy:

  • Pet Type: Dog
  • Cost per night/per pet: $45
  • Maximum pet allowance: Please contact us for any restrictions
  • Pets must be on leash at all times

Smoking Policy:

  • Our Apartments are 100% Non-Smoking, Those guests whom are caught smoking in the apartments will be assessed a $250.00 smoking fee.
