Apartment Policies:
- Check-in Time: 4PM
- Check-out Time: 11AM
- Front Desk Hours: 24 hrs
- Check-in requirements:
- 50% of the total amount is required to make a reservation for any Safari Apartment
- A security deposit of $400 is applicable for guests under 25 years old
- At time of check-in guest must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals
- Visa and MC are accepted
- No third party credit cards accepted
- Cardholder must be present at check-in and present photo ID.
- Additional Person $30 per night
- Children 12 and under are free
- No refunds for early departure
- Rates are for advance reservations only
- Walk-in rates may vary considerably.
- One third deposit required to hold reservation.
- Balance due upon arrival.
FULL Cancellation Policy:
- If any reservation is canceled 14 days before check in date, modified, or in case of no show, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
- Reservation changes and cancellations must be made 10 days prior to date of arrival or deposit will not be refunded.
Pet Policy:
- Pet Type: Dog
- Cost per night/per pet: $45
- Maximum pet allowance: Please contact us for any restrictions
- Pets must be on leash at all times
Smoking Policy:
- Our Apartments are 100% Non-Smoking, Those guests whom are caught smoking in the apartments will be assessed a $250.00 smoking fee.
